In the previous period, ZIH consultants have been working on project of implementation of the integrated quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and a service management systems according to ISO 20000-1:2018 for company RAO Ltd.

An independent certification body has conducted the assessment of the system compliance with these standards and concluded that system is fully compliant.
