There are a large number of companies today that provide various IT services to their customers and very often they are required to be able to demonstrate that they provide services in a systematic way, to have a clearly established process of design, transition, delivery and continuous improvement of their services. In order to be able to establish a systematic approach in the management of IT services it is recommended to use ITIL, ISO 20000 or their combination.
