Director of ZIH, PhD. Silvana Tomić Rotim held a Project Management training. The employees of Privredna banka, Megatrend, Autotrans, Decathlon, Business Intelligence, INA, RASCO, Elektro Kruno and others actively participated in this training.

There were several interesting workshops where the participants in the groups made a lot of important and creative elements necessary for successful project management. The feedback from the attendees was more than excellent.

The traing is intended for project managers who want to improve theis knowledge and skills and prepare for PMP certification.

The training is conducted in accordance with the project management methodology (PMBoK), which provides guidelines on how to use the tools, techniques and processes necessary for successful project management.
