In the past period, the company ZIH has successfully performed consulting services for the transition from the ISO 9001: 2008 standard to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the Split-Dalmatia County.

ZIH d.o.o. and the County of Split-Dalmatia have concluded an agreement on consulting services and preparation of documentation for the transition from the old version of the quality management standard to the new version of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. The project includes services such as analysis of the situation to determine the necessary changes to the documentation, modification of the Rules of Procedure, development / assessment of risk and opportunity register, implementation of recommendations for improvement, training of quality team members to perform internal audits according to ISO 9001: 2015, change procedures and company quality policy.
