This five-day intensive course enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in implementing and managing a Six Sigma project based on ISO 13053:2011. Participants will also gain a thorough understanding of best practices used to implement DMAIC methodology based on requirements of ISO 13053. The Six Sigma training is consistent with the project management practices established in ISO 10006 (Quality Management Systems – Guidelines for Quality Management in Projects). This training is fully compatible with ISO 13053-2 (Quantitative methods in process improvement – Six Sigma – Part 2: Tools and techniques).
It is intended for:
ISO 13053 Foundation Certification or a basic knowledge of ISO 13053 or Six Sigma is recommended
Seminar lasts 5 days.
The seminar can be conducted: in a classroom format, as online or adapted to the needs of a specific organization (in-house).
A certificate will be issued to participants who successfully passed the exam and comply with all the other requirements related to the selected credential.
A participation certificate of 31 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits will be issued to participants.
In case of failure of the exam, participants are allowed to retake the exam for free under certain conditions
